**Job Summary:**

The Front Desk Receptionist acts as the face of our company, welcoming all guests/clients/visitors. This role will may be involved in projects, in close partnership with teams across Aldevron. Key interactions will be with our guests/clients/visitors as well as team members.

** **Responsibilities:****

* Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

* Notify company personnel of visitor arrival

* Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges

* Manage all incoming calls and directs them appropriately

* Keeps a safe and clean reception and entire lobby area

* Assists with various special projects as needed

* Coordinate client visits and leadership meetings including but not limited to room bookings, catering orders, IT requests, and other logistical items as needed

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Process, and reconcile purchasing accounts for operating supplies and expense reports

**Qualifications:**

* At least 1 year of related experience

* Phone handling skills, respectful etiquette while handling calls promptly & efficiently

* Comfortable with basic computer skills
