Provide exceptional customer service in the accurate fulfillment of orders, including supporting the dispatch function.

Establish working relationships with sales to better understand customer needs, their unique product terminology and pricing.

Handle all customer concerns and questions, providing resolutions and follow-up as needed. **We require the following qualifications:**

High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months customer service or dispatch experience.

Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.

Proficient with MS Office products and IQMS preferred.

Maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion when conveying and communicating with customers, employees, manager and corporate HR.
