Description Role Summary: Ambassador for Chick-fil-A West Acres brand as it pertains to being a leader and critical component of execution and planning of all catering business.
Unique Roles:
Plan for and prepare for catering sales by working with restaurant management to ensure catering staffing needs are being met and make necessary changes to the schedule once it has been finalized.
Protect the catering customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality is top level.
Responsible for all processes around catering ordering, deferred ordering, packaging, and execution
Ensure food safety requirements are being met as catering orders are prepared for delivery and onsite.
Ensure the catering area in the back is clean, organized, and inventory is correct based on upcoming orders.
Flexibility to learn several positions in kitchen to execute catering orders.
Confidence in communication skills (Taking catering orders on the phone)
Requirements
Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
Work in fast paced environment
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
