Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Can work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule that can include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders is required

Essential Job Functions:

You must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Greet and acknowledge all Customers and build rapport to establish repeat business
• Keeps all endcaps, side merchandise and sale items full and in stock
• Maintains customer readiness standards by keeping sales floor clean, including shelves, rail tops, displays and kick plates
• Assists in completing in store price changes including regular price, clearance and sales price changes
• Executes nightly recovery of departments through fronting and facing of shelves, sweeping and cleaning and critical product filling
• Trained in cash register functionality and is readily available to promptly assist in running a cash register, if customer demand requires
• Able to climb ladders to pull product from overstock to fill shelves
• Able to operate a hand help RF unit to check prices, inventory and create price labels
• Extend and promote company offers and promotions to customers
• Provide product solutions to customer needs including additional items that compliment and fulfill the original need
• Understand store operations as it relates to register transactions, freight processing, merchandise placement, and product replenishment
• Assist in merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and the coordination of the freight flow process to ensure sales floor representation of all merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
• Model cross functional teamwork and communication
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Including nights, weekends and holidays
