**Electronics Assembler**

What youll do:

* Assemble wiring harnesses on scaled engineering drawings to meet customer specifications and ensure quality product

* Install wiring harness coverings and electrical tape at specific locations

* Collaborate across multiple teams and departments to support production as needed

* Perform light cleaning duties as assigned

* Adhere to all company procedures and safety guidelines, including using proper lifting technique, to avoid injury

What youll need to succeed:

* Strong Mechanical & Electrical aptitude and ability, including a keen eye for detail and an approach to problem-solving that is both methodical and innovative - when something goes wrong, you dont panic, you embrace the need to think outside the box and solve and resolve problems on your own

* An effective communicator and team player with a hands-on, rollup the sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams

* Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity, as well as e xperience operating a variety of equipment for use of basic hand tools, tape measures, blueprints, schematics, etc.

* Ability to work while standing, or while seated, for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours with 3 daily breaks) and to sustain repetitive motions and perform repetitive lifting (up to 25 pounds unassisted)

* High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
