**Title**: Customer Service Representative (Legal Admin) **Job Location**: Fargo, ND

**Key Objective:**

This role will be responsible for supporting Integreons legal clients in processing contracts for signature, professional communication with clients, effective utilization of Integreons workflow management tools and clients contract lifecycle management.

**Specific Duties:**

* Monitor queues within client tools to identify which contracts are ready to be processed for signature.

* Ensuring that contracts have the correct approvals and are properly filed in order to allow them to be processed for signature.

* Extracting contract metadata for summarization and obligations management purposes.

* Completion of both long and short term projects at a high level of quality without reliance on a quality control process and within deadline.

* Working with offshore Integreon employees as needed to meet client needs.

* Managing and prioritizing projects to meet deadlines.

* Review work to ensure quality and process standards and customer expectations have all been met.

**Experience and skills:**

* Prior customer service experience is a must, minimum 2 years

* Prior contracts processing experience preferred but not a must, we will train you

* Experience with the following tools is a preferred: Salesforce, Conga, SharePoint, AdobeSign, and DocuSign

**Employee Status** :

12:00 pm to 09:30 pm CST

**Shift time (Part time employees)**

12:00 pm to 5 pm CST

05:00 pm to 09:30 pm CST

**Wage:**

$15.50 to $16.50/hour
