We are seeking candidates for Production Supervisor roles on the night shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $70,000+ per year depending upon experience. Interested? What a Production Supervisor will do:

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement production plans and schedules for the evening shift
• Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting regular performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, food safety standards, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the production process, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the materials management team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and components
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize production processes and resolve any cross-functional issues
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and OEE metrics

What you need to be a Production Supervisor:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, business management, food science, or agriculture-related field
• Previous experience in a production manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment
• Familiar with OSHA standards, FDA regulations, and the SQF code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Etc.)
