**Industrial Cleaner**

**West Fargo, ND - Full Time**

**Starting Pay is $22/hr.**

**Day Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday- Friday.**

We are looking for employees that have drive and take initiative! The primary function of this position is to perform cleaning/sanitizing of all aspects of Midland Garage Door MFG Co.

**Essential Duties:**

- Cleaning of offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, and the manufacturing floor.

- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

- Order cleaning supplies

- Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming of all floors.

- Empty all trash daily.

- Clean and sanitize Break Room daily.

- Interior and exterior window cleaning.

- Working outside in the elements.

- Snow removal

- Will operate forklifts and scissor lifts.

- Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.

- Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality and Integrity.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

**Competencies Required:**

- High level of attention to detail.

- Reliable, driven, and takes initiative.

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

**Education and Experience:**

High School or GED required, and 2 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully to perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.

**Equipment/Software used:**

* Forklifts

* Scissor lifts

* Various cleaners and sanitizers

* Floor scrubber
