Description:

Responsible for repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing and HVAC systems and equipment on the North Dakota State University campus. Responsibilities: Repair and maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment; Repair and maintain heating system piping and equipment; Installation of new plumbing and HVAC systems; Repair and maintain HVAC equipment.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM with rotating 24/7 callback schedule.

Advertised Salary: $60,000+ DOE

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 3 years as a Journeyman Plumber; North Dakota Journeyman Plumbing License or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment; Ability to acquire City Licenses; Valid Driver's License; Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills; Ability to work well with others, as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: Commercial Plumbing Experience
