The Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Fargo is responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations of our hotel. This includes supervising the kitchen staff, creating and developing menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This position is responsible for a busy restaurant, a banquet and large event space and a catering company that handles feeding many high volume clients in the Fargo area.
