How You'll Make An Impact:

The Wallet Product Manager will play a vital role in the strategy, development and market launch of our Wallet product. We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on person who's also an effective team player and communicator. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in the FinTech space, have a desire to influence the future of Bushel Wallet and the ability to learn and adapt to customer needs quickly. This role requires past experience leading a product, and the candidate will be working very closely with our engineering team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Talks to customers to understand market challenges
• Thinks critically about risks and prioritization and makes smart tradeoffs
• Writes user stories and acceptance criteria by collaborating with UX Design, Product Management and Engineering
• Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Project Management to create the go-to-market strategy and drives execution
• Identifies areas of opportunity within the product set and in business processes
• Evangelizes product to stakeholders and customers
• Analyzes, problem solves and makes calculated decisions
• Monitors and assesses product metrics
• Acts as the subject matter expert for the product
• Identifies patterns and insights from data to inform prioritization decisions
• Assists sales in producing targeted lists
• Understands revenue and cost drivers
• Takes point on complex, cross area projects within tech
• Sets quarterly product goals independently
• Collaborates to sets annual product goals
• Works with Architects and stakeholders to create solutions for complex problems
• Manages phases of delivery of complex solutions
• Lead decisions on product pricing
• Go to expert in their industry
• Drives positive engagement with customer throughout their lifecycle
• Brings the right people together to solve problems quickly
• Other duties as assigned

What Bushel Is Looking For:

• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, preferred
• Solid client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Agricultural industry experience or background, preferred
• 3+ years of Product Management/Owner experience.
• 3+ years experience in the technology industry
