• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• Mix of inpatient (85%) and outpatient (15%)
• 4 - 6 patients per day, 3 - 5 hospital based surgeries per week
• General urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
