A local construction company is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to join their team. In this role, you''ll be responsible for both commercial and residential construction. This person will be managing 2-3 custom construction projects at any given time, and will be expected to spend considerable time out on the job sites, directing, problem solving, and pitching in if needed. This person will have the flexibility to grow and shape the role to their preferences as there is a tremendous amount of opportunity within the company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' previous PM / Superintendent experience as well as a Construction Management degree. Pay is $80k - $90k DOE with full benefits and a company truck.
