About You
We are looking for a talented Sales Director for our printing division. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base and increase revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales and customer service representative (CSR) teams to ensure high performance
• Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs
• Develop an effective sales structure that establishes sales territories, quotas and goals, and assigns sales territory to sales personnel
• Establish sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded
• Develop plans to motivate and incentivize the sales organization to enhance rep performance
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and other departments to align sales strategies with business goals
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to senior management
• Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Monitors and assists in preparation of sales presentations

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in the printing industry preferred
• Knowledge of digital sales and e-commerce platforms preferred
