Customer Care Consultant Responsibilities

  • Comfortable speaking over the phone
  • Responsible for starting a relationship and opening a dialogue in a positive way
  • Has a friendly voice and is willing to help guests with questions, route calls to the correct departments, and follow-up to ensure issues or concerns have been resolved
  • Responsible for schedule service appointments
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a team who focuses on guest service and satisfaction.
  • Work on a groundbreaking initiatives with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Customer Care Consultant Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with a Scheduling system, CRM, etc. or the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workload
  • Team player attitude
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Applicants may be drug tested
