Our client, a firm with over 25 years of experience in the industry is actively looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Client Details

• Established: Founded in 1998, with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
• Specialization: Focuses on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, medical, and public sector projects (municipal, state, federal contracts); in the MEP sector as well as GC's their own projects.
• Team: This is a Senior Level role where you will be managing a team and overseeing parts of business.
• Revenue: Annual revenue of approximately $12 million with a consistent pipeline and large growth goals.
• Location: Hybrid- wfh & 1-2 days a week in office or on site

Description

• Responsibilities:
  
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
  
• Focusing on subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and overall project management on public projects.
  
• Overseeing a team of 5-6 people
• Assisting in managing and overseeing the business

Profile

• Someone with 7+ years experience
• Experience from a Subcontractor or General Contractor
• Familiar with MEP, public, or general commercial work
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage and oversee others
