Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment activities of the organization. You will assist in various stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and initial candidate engagement to interview coordination and onboarding. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth execution of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  3. Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  4. Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
  5. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
  6. Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  7. Coordinate pre-employment background checks and assessments as required
  8. Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment terms
  9. Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires have a smooth transition
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition
  2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  3. Proficiency with Indeed, social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  9. Proficiency in Google Suite
  10. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  11. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices
