Resource Team - Float Pool - RN Med Surg needed to help in various units/locations in Fargo, as needed.12hr Day/Night rotating shifts, with every other weekend on the schedule.General job duties, Types of procedures required:Head-to-toe assessments, medication administration by a variety of routes, care plan formulation/documentation, wound/line/drain careEquipment utilized in the unit/dept:Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, Philips vitals machinesRequired skills and minimum years of experience:Min 1-year recent MS experience in a busy large hospital, min 200 beds. Previous float pool experience preferred.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:BLS - must be AHA. ND or compact state RN license.Shift or schedule requirements:Rotating days/nights (shift & schedule preferences will be accommodated as able but not guaranteed) EOW/EOH, no call.Floating to over units/departments:All med-surg units, including med-surg overflow spaces and med-surg status patients within the critical care units. Med-surg specialty units include oncology, general med-surg, trauma med-surg, cardiac, neuro, observation, medical behavioral, and innovations.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept:Ranges from 24-47 depending on the unitNurse to patient ratio of this unit:1:4-5 from 7a-11p & 1:5-6 from 11p-7aDress Code:Navy scrubs
