Required skills and minimum years of experience.2 years of experience in a large facility over 200 beds and level 1 trauma.Ability to care for critical ill patients independently.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLS - must be AHA, ACLS - must be AHA, NIHSS, and ND or compact state RN License.Shift or schedule requirements.12 hour shifts. Every other weekend and holiday.Floating to over units/departments.Floating to all critical care departments in Sanford Fargo including Intermediate ICU with ratios up to 4:1May be required to float to med surg units as needed.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.18 bedsNurse to patient ratio of this unit.1 nurse to 2 patients IMC - 1 nurse to 4 patients.Dress Code:Navy Scrubs
