Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately using strong communication skills
Manages all incoming calls and directs them appropriately
Ability to multi-task and jump from one project or task to another
The Receptionist will be the face of our company, welcoming all guests/clients/visitors. This role will further be tasked with ongoing projects, in close partnership with teams across Aldevron. Key interactions will be with our guests/clients/visitors as well as team members. This role is responsible for high level executive administrative support to EVP and other SET members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
Manages all incoming calls and directs them appropriately
Keeps a safe and clean reception and entire lobby area
Assists with various special projects as needed
Coordinate client visits and Leadership meetings including but not limited to room bookings, catering orders, IT requests, and other logistical items as needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain multifaceted calendars, schedule domestic and international meetings/conference calls, handle complex travel
Process, and reconcile purchasing accounts for operating supplies and expense reports
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in a receptionist or Executive Assistant or Client or Customer experience role.
Previous experience in a large corporate office or manufacturing environment is a plus.
