This individual will support the Parts, Sales, and Service departments in the coordination and handling of machines and equipment as they are received and shipped in and out of the yard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurate and timely completion of equipment shipping and receiving records (EMM's).
Take in/out pictures of equipment/attachments and submit them to appropriate
Must verify the S/N's of equipment and attachments and ensure information is documented
Complete damage inspections of all equipment entering the
Operate, load and unload heavy construction equipment and attachments in a safe
Organize equipment for yard
Maintain a clean and organized
Complete all paperwork required for jobs and submit to the appropriate people in a timely
Perform other additional duties as directed by management.
Perform quarterly inventory reports for sales department items.
Move aggregate equipment in and out of shops with semi-truck as needed.
Run various size forklifts (5,000 lb to 30,000 lb) daily.
Load and unload shuttle trucks daily.
Occasionally deliver sales items to customer job sites.
Obtain and maintain DOT health card (under other requirements).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience with the operation of heavy equipment is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
Requires basic computer
Obtains or is willing to obtain a CDL license; but is not required.
