We are looking for a dedicated Mail Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. This role combines responsibilities from both the Mail Room and Receptionist functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in sorting, scanning, and disseminating mail to internal departments, as well as managing reception duties such as answering and transferring phone calls.


Responsibilities


+ Sort, scan, and disseminate mail to internal departments.


+ Image documents and index them accurately.


+ Handle outbound mail and pick up mail from the post office (no driving required).


+ Work at the reception desk, answering and transferring phone calls.


Essential Skills


+ Proficiency in data entry.


+ Experience in administrative support.


+ Knowledge of imaging systems.


Additional Skills & Qualifications


+ Ability to file and perform general mail room tasks.


+ Strong organizational skills.


+ Excellent communication skills.


Work Environment


This role involves working in both an office and mail room environment. You will have a variety of tasks to keep you busy throughout the day, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.
