Clay County HRA is hiring a FT Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment for 391 units of rental housing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organizing & prioritizing maintenance tasks, including unit turns, work orders/repairs and preventative maintenance activities
* Supervising a team of maintenance staff
* Completing basic repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and locksmith

Available for rotating on call schedule for weekend and evening emergencies.

Key Qualifications:
* Strong communication and technical skills
* 1 year college and minimum 5 years related experience
* Ability to work with diverse populations
* Ability to pass criminal background check
* Valid driver's license.

Starting salary: $61,550 - $70,150 per year. Excellent benefit package that includes 100% employer paid single health, dental & life insurance, paid time off and retirement contribution.
