This position is part of Commercial Operations a located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Orders Management team and report to the Manager, Orders Management responsible for interacting with customers over the phone or through email to identify needs and determine appropriate action.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Review client project requirements to confirm defined product offering and services required for processing of Plasmid(pDNA), mRNA and Protein for research grade and off the shelf orders.
  • Generate quotes in a timely and accurate manner to ensure project detail and cost is properly reflected and leverage appropriate sources and tools to generate accurate quotation documentation
  • Create sales orders and complete fulfillment of lines within the sales order to support accurate billing and revenue recognition


The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Minimum education requirement is an Associate degree. Bachelors preferred. A degree in a scientific discipline is a plus.•


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device related field.
  • ERP systems and other computer skills (MS Office, D365, Smartsheet, Zendesk and HubSpot )
  • Project Management
  • Laboratory bench experience with hands on experience using DNA, RNA or proteins
