Job Title: Client Support Ambassador

Location: Fargo, ND area

Salary: $60 - $70K + overtime + benefits

Our client is dedicated to providing an exceptional homebuyingexperience by creating high-quality homes and fostering lasting relationships with clients. As they grow, they're looking for a Client Support Ambassador to join the team and provide outstanding support to their valued homeowners.

Position Summary:

As a Client Support Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for new homeowners during the closing process, ensuring a seamless transition into their new homes. You'll schedule orientations, track milestones, and support homeowners through the warranty process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate New Homeowner Orientations.
• Monitor and track closing dates to ensure timely home transitions.
• Conduct in-person orientations, providing clients with essential home information.
• Clearly communicate warranty coverage details.
• Answer homeowner questions and provide ongoing support.
• Schedule and lead Initial Warranty Walkthroughs 60 days post-closing.
• Manage work orders based on punch lists from orientations and walkthroughs.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and understand the homebuilding process.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Customer-facing experience, preferably in homebuilding or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems.
