Pay Range: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00
How you will make an impact:
- Must adhere to security policies
- Assist with implementing new Employers with Health Savings Accounts (HSA's), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA's) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's), and other plans on the WEX Health Cloud platform in accordance with agreed up on timelines and SLA's
- Work with internal WEX Health teams and resources as needed to facilitate setup of Employers plans
- Effective communication with key stakeholders via phone and email
- Provide education to employers on plan setups, processes for effective and scalable implementation, and ongoing knowledge related to the WEX Health Cloud platform.
- Test demographic, enrollment and other related files during implementation process to ensure effective uploads of employer data
- Provide online demonstration of portals available to employers as needed/requested
- Effectively communicate status of current implementations to both WEX Health and Partners teams
General Duties:
- All other duties as assigned
- Ensure privacy according to HIPAA
Experience you will bring:
- 1-2 years of service experience working with Partners, Employer or Consumers
- 1-2 years of experience working with WEX Health Cloud software experience-preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare related field-preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Ability to communicate effectively with written and verbal skills to Partners, Employers, and across WEX Health teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
