Assist with implementing new Employers with Health Savings Accounts (HSA's), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA's) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's), and other plans on the WEX Health Cloud platform in accordance with agreed up on timelines and SLA's
Work with internal WEX Health teams and resources as needed to facilitate setup of Employers plans
Effective communication with key stakeholders via phone and email
Provide education to employers on plan setups, processes for effective and scalable implementation, and ongoing knowledge related to the WEX Health Cloud platform.
Test demographic, enrollment and other related files during implementation process to ensure effective uploads of employer data
Provide online demonstration of portals available to employers as needed/requested
Effectively communicate status of current implementations to both WEX Health and Partners teams

Experience you will bring:
1-2 years of service experience working with Partners, Employer or Consumers
1-2 years of experience working with WEX Health Cloud software experience-preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare related field-preferred
Computer proficiency required
Ability to communicate effectively with written and verbal skills to Partners, Employers, and across WEX Health teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00
