A well-established Moorhead - Fargo Area Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This full-time role requires a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and involves assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing renewals and claims, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Position Details:

• Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/year (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off
• Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• 1-3 years of insurance customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
