Project Controls Team Leadership: Take reasonable care of your own and others health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward Wanzeks Zero Injury principles Establish and directly manage the back-office project controls team assigned to the operating groups, including earned value management, budget/cost estimating controls, equipment and labor planning, job set-up, cost and phase code control, forecasting, productivity analysis, scheduling, change management and claims analysis functions Supervise the scheduling efforts for projects to include the preparation and analysis of schedule baseline, progress schedules, project labor forecasts, schedule analysis, and project progress reporting Give clear direction and targets to ensure all project controls team members will have the ability to achieve their goals and targets so that the overall goals of the Company are met Drive commitment in th...Controls, Director, Project Management, Leadership, Operations, Team Leader, Business Services
