This position is open to qualified applicants for either the Admission Representative or Assistant Director of Admission role, depending on the candidates qualifications. Specific responsibilities and duties are outlined below for each role. Position Purpose / Summary The purpose of the Admission Representative/ Assistant Director of Admissions work is to enroll a targeted number of new, first-year students from designated geographic areas. The Admission Representative will achieve this purpose by identifying, informing, engaging, and persuading a qualified pool of prospective students to enroll at Concordia College. Those successful in this role are resilient, highly self-motivated, organized, and dynamic individuals with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
