Starting pay for this position is: $52,000 / year + Bonus & Commission Pay!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure smooth operation
• Recruit, interview, hire, and manage performance of team members
• Train Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers, providing ongoing education
• Create and assign team member schedules and responsibilities
• Set and monitor financial goals and sales targets for team members
• Open and close the site, facilitating daily operations
• Perform minor equipment repairs as trained
• Engage customers, promote the Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control daily labor and maintenance costs
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports timely
• Uphold company policies consistently and correctly
• Manage chemicals safely and troubleshoot as needed
• Load vehicles safely with clear hand signals and a friendly attitude
• Strive for customer satisfaction by providing a thorough and enjoyable wash experience
• Manage overall site performance

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years in a management role
• At least 3 years in sales or customer service
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and during special events
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field
• Preferred: Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and service targets
• Preferred: Car Wash experience
