O2B Kids - Preschool Director Position

O2B Kids is a growing education company and part of the O2B Early Education family of brands. We are seeking a preschool director for our new location in West Fargo. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a positive environment, coaching others, and seeking growth opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate with parents daily
• Assist with staff hiring
• Manage staffing of the facility
• Uphold licensing requirements
• Support the director/facility manager
• Conduct staff training and resolve conflicts
• Hold parent meetings
• Attend corporate director trainings and meetings
• Maintain center enrollment
• Foster a fun and engaging environment

Minimum Qualifications

• CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher
• Illinois director qualifications
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working with children aged 0-13 years
• Management experience
