We are currently seeking a House Manager to lead daily operations in one of our residential group homes in Fargo, ND. This is a full-time leadership role for someone passionate about high-quality care, strong team development, and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day home operations, including care services, household tasks, and documentation
•Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (Care Managers)
•Ensure compliance with ND DHHS Developmental Disabilities Division regulations
•Oversee implementation of ISPs and behavioral/health supports
•Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs)
•Communicate with guardians, case managers, and medical providers
•Manage household budgets and maintain financial records
•Conduct regular audits for safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred
•2+ years of experience in residential/group home or long-term care setting
•1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position
•Working knowledge of North Dakota Administrative Code and person-centered care principles
•Valid ND driver's license and clean driving record
•Ability to pass a North Dakota background check
•Current CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certification (or willingness to obtain)Key Skills:
