What You'll be Doing:

• Operating a forklift to transport and stack materials safely and efficiently
• Managing inventory with a barcode system to ensure accurate stock levels
• Handling packaging operations, including operating valve packers and stacking bags for shipment
• Performing quality checks to maintain product consistency and accuracy
• Assisting with equipment cleanouts and general housekeeping to uphold food safety standards
• Following safety protocols, including Lockout-Tagout and OSHA regulations

Who We're Looking For:

• Forklift experience (1+ year required) - Must be comfortable operating in a warehouse setting
• Warehouse & inventory experience (2+ years preferred) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills - Ability to track inventory and complete production records
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends - Flexibility is key!
• Strong attention to safety and quality - You take pride in getting the job done right
