Job Details

Full range of cleaning duties including, but are not limited to: Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets- Clean and sanitize rest room facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, rest room sinks, urinals and toilets; replenish supplies in restrooms- Wash windows, mirrors and walls- Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles- Replace lights- Climb ladders and stairs on a regular basis- Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities- snow/ice removal using ice melt, snow blowers and shoveling- Assist in other projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Ability to lift, pull, push, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.- Must be a self starter, dependable, and able to work independently.- High school diploma or GED- Must be able to read, write, and interpret written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
