The Transfer Admission Representative/ Assistant Director of Transfer Admission is a key member of the admissions team, specializing in the recruitment and enrollment of transfer students, readmit students, and other special populations of undergraduate students. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract and support these diverse student groups, ensuring a seamless transition to Concordia College. Successful candidates for this role will be resilient, highly self-motivated, and dynamic individuals with exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. They will adeptly represent Concordia College, the admissions team and our campus community to prospective students, their families, and the broader community, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
