We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support various operational and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong data entry, inventory coordination, and logistical support skills. You will play a critical part in maintaining inventory records, managing documentation, coordinating testing logistics, and supporting project audits.


Key Responsibilities:

Create and follow up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests.

Coordinate external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment.

Manage logistics for internal and external testing activities (shipping, receiving, test sample intake).

Maintain accurate inventory records and organization of engineering storage areas.

Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events.

Conduct post-completion audits on engineering or operational projects.

Accurately follow multi-step instructions and work within established workflows and systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, OneNote, Outlook).

Exceptional attention to detail and highly accurate data entry skills.

Ability to learn new software tools quickly (e.g., databases, product lifecycle management tools).

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven track record of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.

Comfortable working onsite and adhering to safety protocols (metatarsal safety boots required).


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience using calibration databases, PLM tools, or inventory management systems.

Prior experience in logistics, administrative support, or technical coordination roles.

Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or other diagramming software.
