Job Details

Job Duties: Join our team as a Warehouse Equipment Operator! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of packages and heavy freight.

• Operate equipment to handle packages, documents, and dangerous goods.
• Assist in the buildup and breakdown of pallets with heavyweight freight.
• Act as a liaison with ULD repair vendors as necessary.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuvering heavier packages with proper equipment.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Comfortable handling packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions when required.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as necessary.
• Successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
• Excellent communication skills in noisy environments.

Job Conditions: This position is not safety-sensitive, but a drug screen is mandatory. You must maintain a constant state of alertness and operate safely. A valid driver's license is required due to the operation of motorized equipment.

Pay Transparency: The starting salary is estimated at $19.89, which may vary based on experience, market level, and location. Eligible employees may receive additional pay or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
