Description & Details: The Library Coordinator manages day to day operations, procedures and workflows in Information Services Desk; coordinates shelving and stack maintenance at Main library and Annex collection, including shifting projects; hires, trains, schedules, and supervises student workers; manages course reserves; processes hold requests; and follows lost and missing item procedures.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional evenings and weekends

Hiring Range: $42,889 - $45,000

Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent library experience

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Library experience, particularly with Circulation and Access Services Department; 1 yr supervisory experience; experience with supervising students.

Planning/Organizational Skills - Establishes priorities and maps courses of action to achieve goals and objectives

Initiative/Innovation - Works independently with minimal structure or direction as appropriate for role.
