Job Summary
The Culinary Service Assistant plays a vital role in our food service operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
You will follow Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to ensure food safety and provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with patrons and coworkers.
Additional responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment such as grills, beverage machines, dishwashers, and cash registers. Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
You should be prepared to work independently when needed, understand food safety regulations, and be comfortable on your feet for most of the day, including walking long distances.

Depending on your location, obtaining Serv Safe certification may be required, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
