Job Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Engagement Manager with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and a strong background in presales engagements. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape enterprise-grade solutions, lead client engagements, and drive innovation across the financial services sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions tailored to the Financial Services industry, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by leveraging deep industry knowledge to align Salesforce capabilities with financial services business goals.
• Drive presales activities, including discovery sessions, solution architecture, RFP responses, and client presentations, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud.
• Translate complex financial services requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives within the financial domain.
• Provide architectural assessments, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies for Salesforce-based platforms.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
• Develop Proof-of-Concepts and prototypes to validate innovative solutions for financial services use cases.
• Stay current with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud enhancements and industry trends to guide clients on best practices.
• Support Agile Scrum teams with planning, technical guidance, and continuous delivery of new capabilities.
• Foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership in the financial services and Salesforce architecture space.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a strong focus on the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, wealth management, etc.).
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations of Financial Services Cloud.
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Proven presales expertise, including client engagement, solutioning, RFP responses, and delivering compelling demos and presentations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience conducting client workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing offshore delivery.
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
