Pool Operator and Maintenance

Location: Moorhead High School

Primary responsibility to keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and maintained. Performs cleaning of school building interior and maintains school grounds.

• Maintainsthe pool and surrounding areas to provide safe and sanitary operating conditions
• Performs routine building cleaning and maintenance for a safe, healthy environment
• Professional Development
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma and/or equivalent or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above described duties.
• Pool Operator Certificate or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• Boiler license appropriate to the building or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date (Specialist)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in cleaning, servicing, and maintaining a large swimming pool.
• Willing to Train the right candidate
