Housekeeping Assistant

Spherion Fargo has a full-time Housekeeping Assistant position available for a local Fargo client. The Housekeeper-Laundry Assistant will provide professional care for laundry and light housekeeping in a private home. This role is essential to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The ideal candidate is honest, respectful, humble, and takes pride in their work. We are looking for someone that values team members who are eager to learn, communicate clearly, and demonstrate grit and service-mindedness in everything they do. Pay $25/hour (availability to work weekends with 2 days off in the week). Responsibilities: - Laundry Care, Organization and Inventory - Schedule and Execution - Attention to Detail and Discretion - Provide Additional Housekeeping Support as Needed (training will be provided) Qualifications: - Experience with home laundry care and general housekeeping preferred - Trustworthy, service-oriented, and able to follow instructions - Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team - Open to feedback and committed to consistent, high-quality work
