The Human Resources Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders within the organization. This includes providing guidance on the implementation of HR policies, addressing workplace challenges, and facilitating training programs. The HR Partner plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy.Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and leaders.Advise on the application of HR policies and standard work.Address employee questions and concerns. Promotes positive employee relations by listening to concerns and creating awareness. Assist leaders with corrective action policies in collaboration with HR Business Partners; conduct investigations when necessary.Identify training needs. Coordinate and facilitate training programs, including employee onboarding programs.Support career development initiatives.Assist leader with coaching, performance improvement plans, feedback sessions and provide advice on setting performance goals and objectives.Ensure accurate documentation of employee-related changes in Workday, including reporting relationships and job description updates; assists with HR standard work application related to interim pay changes, job descriptions, and pay changes.Participate in HR related projects as requested.Perform additional tasks as delegated under the guidance of assigned HR Business Partner(s).
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR management or related field
1 year experience in a generalist role preferred
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
PHR preferred
