Responsibilities:

• Confirm needed parts for service schedule and stage for following day
• Assist service techs with locating and loading of parts
• Assist with walk-in customers
• Promote open and positive communication (both in verbal and written form) with employees, departments, customers, and vendors
• Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner
• Coordinate and perform administrative tasks as needed to assist the service department
• Promote safety always and participate in weekly toolbox talks
• Assist with van cleaning when needed
• Help create, implement, and maintain van inventory process
• Analyze warehouse efficiency and recommend changes to improve
• Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Load and unload trucks
• Assist in maintaining dumpster area cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person for walk in customers
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Other duties as assigned

Other:

• Job Type - Part-Time, Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00-4:00
• Pay range is $16-18/hour based on experience.
