The Warehouse Associate will spend their time performing various daily warehouse tasks that may include daily picking of parts, staging orders for shipping, receiving, and organizing deliveries, processing of special orders, and assisting with internal deliveries and vendor pickups.

Starting Pay $19.00 per hour (and more based on experience)!

Job Duties Include:

  • Serve as a support to the organization for supply chain management of materials to meet the needs of the residents, investors, owners, and team members. This includes reading and shipping orders to determine items to be picked, checked, and distributed.
  • Assist with special projects that help build and maintain long-term relationships with residents, investors, owners, and team members.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Purchasing, review and evaluate inventory orders and maintenance tasks to ensure all service requests are fulfilled.
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Invoice organization, working with accounting to ensure accurate payments.
  • Assist in counting of physical inventory and conducting regular cycle counts.
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • Purchasing of special-order items such as: blinds, appliances and doors
  • Ensuring the warehouse is accessible, well-organized, and safe.
  • Answering phone calls, emails or chats and providing excellent customer service
Experience and Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements.
  • Ability to operate common office equipment and basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
  • A motivated, well-organized, and self-directed individual who is also able to motivate and guide others.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, as well as possess an orientation toward details.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate and address issues with a diverse group of people,
