Flex Coverage: Communicate regularly with the Branch Manager to remain up to date on scheduling and staffing needs. Travel to different branches, as scheduled, for varying shifts. Respond quickly to requests for shift coverage. Attend periodic refresher training sessions, as needed. Collaborate with Manager to develop and achieve meaningful individual goals. Meet quarterly with Branch Manager in order to discuss goals, assess progress, develop personal steps for growth and provide feedback.
