The Controls Technician will assume basic tasks relating to the production machines and will troubleshoot electrical and Mechanical problems on equipment. This position is responsible for observing equipment to provide feedback to the Maintenance Supervisor as needed. You will work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM-3:30 PM. Highlights of your role Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, providing feedback and ideas before any implementation of controls changes. (i.e. wiring changes, programming changes, or part change out such as VFD, servo motors)Observes functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards, problems and the need for service.
