The Packaging/ Warehouse Supervisor is directly responsible for leading and promoting a positive workplace culture through ACSC values. This is accomplished by promoting collaboration and teamwork throughout the company, by coaching and developing the team effectively, communicating expectations and providing ongoing feedback, and recognizing good work and holding team members accountable for their work product and actions. The Packaging/ Warehouse Supervisor is directly responsible for work activities of all shifts which run throughout the year; there is no inter-campaign period. The incumbent has overall responsibility for the sugar warehouse, screening, silos, pellet loading, molasses loading at MHD/ CRK/ DTN, and the Packaging/ Warehouse maintenance shop.
