We are currently seeking a Full time Night Auditor to join our team at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo in Fargo, ND. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests who arrive late or depart early.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Assisting with front desk duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
