RESPONSIBILITIES

The Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with Financial Services experience will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong domain knowledge in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, particularly Financial Services Cloud.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce implementations
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarify requirements
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals
  • Support testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business expectations
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
  • Assist in change management and user adoption strategies
  • Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay informed on Salesforce updates and financial services industry trends


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects
  • At least 3 years of Professional Services experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Financial Services Cloud
  • Proven experience working with financial services clients and understanding of industry-specific processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder
  • Financial Services Cloud Certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
